603px-arts council england logoHaving undertaken a significant number of new projects as well as strengthening their organisation over the previous year, the Arts Council England identified the need to bring together, for the first time in its history, all members of staff from all 7 locations across England. The aim was simple; to introduce the future of the Arts Council and provide important networking opportunities to its new and existing staff and teams.

Manchester Town Hall would play host to this uniquely significant event with nearly 500 members of the Arts Council staff attending from various locations within England.

Taking charge of the production and delivery of the event; we worked closely with our staging, production and media partners to bring together an impressive, one day event focussed on effectivley communicating the organisations key goals and messages.

With keynote presentations from both internal and external speakers, networking opportunities and activities and with a dual screen stage and backdrop, the event was filmed and streamed live to the audience as well as being recorded and edited for use post-event.

This was, for many, their first experience of being brought together in one location with people they have previously worked with but never met, so the emphasis was very much on working together for the future of the Arts Council and developing postive and lasting working relationships.


With budgetary constraints and the need to limit the organisation impact of having all employees out of their offices the emphasis was on deliverying a high level of content in a short space of time.

By implementing some keen procurement methods and by analysing content and establishing key paramenters we were able to deliver an incredible event within budget and on message.
